Generate links to Mingle, either a card or a project.
Usage
- basic
{{mingle |project=flow |card=320 }}
produces
- just project
{{mingle |project=flow}}

Parameters
- project
- mandatory, no default
- card
- if omitted, the template generates a link to the project
- host
- optional. If the mingle project is hosted on another URL, e.g. Mobile is on wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com
Issues
- TODO: add text= parameter to control what is displayed.
